Yeah, never seen it.
Come to think of it, it wasn't all that bad that he hadn't seen the film; Alice in Wonderland was one of the older Disney films - so maybe it was just her that like to watch really old Disney films. She smiled faintly and got herself comfortable. This was actually rather nice; having someone to talk to and knowing virtually nothing about them. Save for his name, what he'd done to apartment and that he'd never seen Alice in Wonderland!
Leaf admitted that she'd never even read the back and was shot the same incredulous look that she had given him, moments earlier.
Now that's insanity. You've honestly never read the book? I know I haven't seen the movie, but I can tell you, the book is a hundred times better. Nothing ever compares to the book.
"Well, I don't think I can aruge there, it's the same with almost every movie that comes from a book." It wasn't unusual for a movie to be ten times better than the book, but mostly all of the films that came from books were aboslutely rubbish compared to the books.
Leaf didn't want Pete to feel uncomfortable or anything, but she also didn't want him to feel awkward either, she supposed him sitting on the bed wouldn't do any harm to either, right?
Okay. Sure.
Watching as he stood up and scooted next to her on the bed, Leaf smiled faintly. Sure it felt kind of strange because she hadn't been in this close a proximity to a guy (when she wasn't fighting with one) in these circumstances. She shifted over a little to give him more room and turned her attention to the film.
"It's a good movie."
